Final recovery circuit design input – A circuit with the lowest operating cost, optimum recovery efficiency and process flexibility is sought and recommendations are made according to the application requirements.

Diamond recovery machine evaluation – New technology types of x-ray machines or other diamond recovery machines may require metallurgical specification verification applicable to the source. The technology is assessed and includes recovery efficiency to a base standard, machine sensitive range, machine discrimination ability, reliability, maintainability and other aspects, which may be required.

Recovery machine optimization – The machine may not operate under optimal conditions or operating parameters are applied incorrectly and may require fine-tuning of machines over time.

Recovery plant audit – Evaluate recovery plant system efficiency (technical and metallurgical) and is necessary when clients suspect a problem with the operation; is not making their call or require justification for changes or upgrades.

Gravel evaluation tests – Factory based evaluation and tests on specific gravels and diamonds can be performed in-house.

On-site support

Assistance in recovery machine maintenance, operation and support can be rendered if required.

Contract Sorting

Mobile recovery plant – A small recovery plant with one x-ray or optical sorting machine can be made available to perform on-site audits or contract sorting.

After Sales Support

An all inclusive after sales support service is rendered by Impulelo Technologies and includes supply of spares, in-house repairs and a three-monthly inspection and service of recovery machines.
